When will your order be delivered :

• For shipping in Belgium there are 3 possibilities :
  1. Delivery in district Gent (Afsnee, Deinze, De Pinte, Destelbergen, Drongen, Evergem, Gent, Gentbrugge, Laarne, Ledeberg, Lochristi, Lovendegem, Mariakerke, Melle, Merelbeke, Nazareth, Oostakker, Sint-Amandsberg, Sint-Denijs-Westrem, Sint-Martens-Latem, Wetteren, Wondelgem, Zwijnaarde), if possible by Surprising Advice itself.
     Contact us for delivery on Saturday or Sunday. A little surcharge will be added for this special service.
  2. Outside district Gent : postal service : delivery within 5 till 10 days upon receipt of your payment, no delivery on Saturday.
  3. Outside district Gent : EMS express mail service, day + 1 : Your items will be shipped by express mail within 48h upon receipt of your payment, on line follow up, delivery also on Saturday morning.
• International shipment will be through EMS-Taxipost.
  Delivery within 5 days after receipt of the payment, no delivery on Saturday.
  Please take into account that for some countries, there may be delays in customs.

The destination address can be a home address, a company, a hospital, a service apartment…Please make sure that always the name and complete address is mentioned. Only a post office box is not possible, we always need a street name and premises number. If the addressee is not at home at the delivery moment, he/she will receive a message in the mail box. He/she can contact the transporter in order to make an arrangement for a second delivery or to collect the parcel him or her self, without any extra costs.

Transport Costs :

• Orders collected in the Surprising Advice shop, open on Friday and Saturday from 10 am till 18.30 pm (see also at the main page for special opening days), are free of transport/handling costs.

   

• For deliveries in Belgium a flat rate of 25 euro will be charged, if your order is not urgent.
• For urgent deliveries in Belgium the transport costs will be between 25 and 50 euro, depending on the weight. These transport costs will be communicated to you by separate mail.
• For deliveries in other countries of the EU and for other international destinations we kindly ask you to contact us for a correct transport price. The exact delivery costs will depend on the destination as well as on the chosen delivery method, and will always be mentioned by separate e-mail. You can always choose between economy (cheaper but also slower and without guaranteed delivery date) and express service (more expensive but faster and with a guaranteed delivery date).

Complaints and returns :

Complaints about damaged goods at delivery can be confirmed within 24 hours after receipt by e-mail, karina@surprisingadvice.be or by fax : +32 (0)9 272.88.34. You will receive an answer about the refund and the return as soon as possible.
The buyer has the right to renounce of the purchase within 7 days, counted from the day of receipt of the goods. In case of cancellation, any refunds will be transferred within 14 days after the cancellation and the return of the shipped goods.
The consumer will be authorized to return the goods at his own risk and own expense to Surprising Advice, Kerkstraat 138, 9050 Gent, Belgium.

All disputes regarding the interpretation, validity or execution of the contract are governed by Belgian law and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gent.
